		<description>I can&#039;t imagine it would cost anywhere close to the Central Subway price.  It wouldn&#039;t be pefect, but if it was added on top of existing service (or maybe replaced some express routes if it could make better time) then it might avoid appearing to change the character of neighborhoods; it would just make life easier for transit riders.  Too bad it won&#039;t happen anytime soon.</description>
