		<description><![CDATA[Yeah, it seems like a good extension would be to also nab drivers who are using the lane for more than just turning, but who aren&#039;t parked. I think they&#039;re just trying to ease in, since it&#039;s a pilot program. There could be a lot of backlash if something wasn&#039;t carried out correctly. I&#039;m just encouraged to see them trying to do something, because these lanes, as they stand now, are a joke.

Geary BRT east of Van Ness? We can do better than the status quo, but not really that rapid.]]></description>
